The location of the hotel was ideal, serving as a great starting point for exploring the city and the province. the facility was modern and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the room was well, maintained and offered fast Wi, Fi, ensuring convenience for business guests. the accommodating staff even went above and beyond by providing food from their private kitchen for late, night arrivals.
The staff had difficulty communicating in English, making it challenging to get assistance when needed.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make our romantic escape memorable. We arrived late and hungry, and they kindly provided us with some delicious food from their private kitchen. the hotel was modern and clean, with fast wi-fi that allowed us to stay connected during our stay. We also appreciated the convenient location, which served as a great starting point to explore the city and province of Ha Giang.
The language barrier posed a challenge as the staff did not speak English. This made communication difficult, and we had to rely on non-verbal cues to get our message across.
